PRACTICE ADVICE

Know your outcome before you even begin to practise. If you have a clear specific goal of what you are aiming to achieve during your practice session, you will make far greater progress than others who are unfocused.
Make sure that you also don't 'over practise'. For a beginner 15 minutes per day is an optimal amount of time. Even advanced professionals should consider no more than 30 minutes per practice session, staggered throughout the day. You will learn a lot more quickly and effectively if you approach your practice in this manner.
